Join a growing, dynamic lettings team as a Property Manager managing a portfolio of ~120 properties

The role

• End-to-end portfolio management of 120 residential properties
• Main contact for landlords & tenant
• Handling maintenance, inspections & complian
• Managing deposit negotiations & tenancy lifecycle

Experience required

• Experience managing your own portfolio
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
• Organised, proactive & relationship-focused
