Equifind is partnering with a highly regarded, institutionally backed real estate platform to hire an FP&A Manager into a high-profile investor and portfolio reporting position. This is a commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of FP&A, investor relations, and strategic finance, offering direct exposure to senior leadership, board-level stakeholders, and major institutional investment partners.
The business is one of the largest and most sophisticated real estate operators in the UK, managing a large-scale, multi-asset portfolio across a complex operating environment. You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership, operations, commercial teams, and institutional investors to deliver investor-grade reporting, business insights, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
About the Role
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes across the portfolio
- Prepare and deliver Board packs and senior leadership reporting with clear, actionable financial insights
- Produce high-quality investor and portfolio reporting for institutional stakeholders and investment partners
- Analyse statutory accounts, management accounts, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide commercial insight on portfolio performance, market movements, and macroeconomic factors
- Partner cross-functionally with operational, commercial, and technology teams to improve reporting accuracy and business understanding
- Drive process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiencies across the finance function
- Support strategic planning and long-range forecasting initiatives
- Act as a key finance contact for investor and stakeholder queries
- Mentor and support junior finance team members on analytical and reporting matters
About You
- ACA / CA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (essential)
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance background
- Experience within real estate, property, investment management, infrastructure, private equity, or another asset-heavy environment is advantageous
- Proven experience delivering investor-grade or board-level reporting
