Site Manager - 1 role based in Berkshire/Oxfordshire or Bristol/Wiltshire
Main workstream will be full roof covering replacements, however, workstream will vary depending on contract
Responsible for delivering up to 3m/annum
Must be capable of working in fast-paced environment
No home-working
Will have 25-30 live sites running at a time. Value ranging from circa 8k - 150k.
Responsible for arranging scaffolding, asbestos removals, liaising with clients, weekly/monthly reports to contracts manager, programming works.
Must be IT literate, the role is 70% office-based (Hungerford) at a laptop. (Using Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook, SafetyCulture)
A roofing bias would be preferred but not essential
Experience working for public sector clients and with tenants/tenanted dwellings preferred
Up to 55k (DOE) + package including van and fuel card
