A Top Tier Legal 500 firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to work within their highly ranked team, working on a wide range of residential property matters. This team sees interesting and high-value working with clients across London! Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Sale and Purchase of freehold, leasehold properties
- Remortgaging
- Transfer of Equity
- Dealing with a variety of clients, including HNW clients across London
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record within a reputable law firm
- Experience with Residential Property matters
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- The ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
