Curated Partners are delighted to be exclusively supporting a high-growth business in Central Oxford as they look to appoint an FP&A Analyst to join their expanding finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, turning data into meaningful insight, and partnering with stakeholders to influence decision-making.
You'll be joining a forward-thinking organisation where finance plays a key role in shaping strategy and supporting growth. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll help drive better commercial decisions through robust analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining financial models
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analysing financial performance and identifying trends
• Producing reports and insights for senior stakeholders
• Conducting variance analysis and making recommendations
• Supporting continuous improvement across reporting and planning processes
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
• Previous experience within FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• A naturally curious mindset and a desire to challenge and improve processes
• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
