They work with investors, developers, and occupiers in both the public and private sectors. A core service offered is valuations, helping clients gain a clear understanding of the true value of their assets.
They advise numerous lenders, including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies, and challenger banks. Their extensive network positions them as a market leader in valuation services for loan security.
Working in the valuation team is diverse and rewarding, with your work having a direct impact on clients’ businesses. You’ll have access to a national service line and a wealth of experience and knowledge. Examples of services include:
- Loan security: Comprehensive and independent reports on market and rental value for properties or portfolios.
- Alternatives: Valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation purposes.
- Company accounts valuation: Accurate reports on property asset values.
- Diminution in value: Independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and negligence claims in conveyancing.
- Fund valuation: Detailed information for asset management companies and investment trusts.
The Opportunity:
My client is currently seeking a Valuation Surveyor for their London office. The team requires an RICS-registered valuer with experience in loan security work.
You will work with a wide range of clients, including property developers, investors, and large corporate businesses, offering varied and exciting experiences.
