Senior Estimator from a groundworks and civil engineering background required to take on a role with career progression guaranteed to Pre Construction Director / Estimating Director.
Hybrid role – office and home working
- Overseeing and managing tenders through a team reporting in
- Pricing tenders from first principle valued between £1m - £8m typically
- Dealing with a very established Blue Chip client base
- Reporting to the board
- Working for a very well-established business

Covering civil engineering and groundworks across sectors to include:
- Commercial, Industrial, Technology, Motorsport, Healthcare, Heavy industry
Project types will typically include but are not limited to:
Earthworks, ground improvement works, bulk excavation, ground beams and floor slabs, pile caps, foundations, specialist tanking installation, retaining walls and structures, reinforced concrete sub-structures and super-structures, formwork installations, basements, external works and hard landscaping

- Experience within the Civil Engineering and Groundworks market sector
- First Principles Estimating
- People management skills
