Digital Solution Architect
Focus: CMS / Sitecore AI / Digital Platforms
Salary: Up to £95,000 + Benefits
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid
We’re supporting a well-established, market-leading organisation in the search for a Digital Solution Architect to strengthen their architecture function and drive forward their digital capability.
This is a key hire at an exciting time, as the organisation undertakes an enterprise-wide technology transformation, moving from a legacy estate to a modern, cloud-based environment. With a strong focus on automation, process improvement, and leveraging data, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on their evolving digital landscape.
As the Digital Solution Architect, you’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering this transformation. You’ll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to define and implement modern digital solutions, with a particular focus on front-office digital experience platforms.
A core part of the role will involve simplifying the existing web application portfolio and leading the transition towards a more scalable, modern architecture leveraging Microsoft technologies and Sitecore, including a migration from Sitecore 10.3 to Sitecore AI.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering digital platforms
- Strong experience with CMS platforms - ideally Sitecore (Adobe Experience Manager also considered)
- Experience in business-facing solution design
- Ability to create and maintain reference architectures
- Familiarity with Agile, cross-functional teams, DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
