Area Sales Manager - Commercial Cleaning

As the business continues its expansion throughout 2026, they are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined territory, develop new business opportunities, and grow revenue across offices, warehouses, industrial sites, and wider commercial facilities.
This is a field-based sales role with real autonomy, focused on building long-term client relationships and driving sustainable commercial growth.

About You
- Proven experience in field sales, B2B business development, or account management
- Strong track record of winning new business and growing accounts
- Ideally experience within facilities management, cleaning services, or B2B service industries
- Confident managing your own territory and sales pipeline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
- Full UK driving licence is essential
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of a designated sales territory across Northern Ireland
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across commercial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including facilities managers, operations managers, and procurement teams
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and service presentations
- Prepare tailored proposals, pricing, and tender submissions to win new contracts
- Manage a structured pipeline to consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Represent the business at networking events and industry engagements
